The water should be very warm – not hot, but comfortable to the touch, add the bath salts while the water is running to help it dissolve.

However, you should not use Epsom salt baths if you are pregnant, have exposed cuts or burns on your skin, or are severely dehydrated.

A nice, hot bath is a great way to relax and unwind
Unplug or turn off the phone.
Lock the door to prevent intruders like kids and spouses.
Put the plug in the tub.
Light an aromatherapy candles.
Turn on the water and adjust the temperature to your liking.
Pour a small amount of bubble bath ‘ or the amount recommended on the bottle label – into the running water.
Allow the bathtub to fill with water and suds. If you are not satisfied with the amount of suds in the water, add more bubble bath into the running water.
Turn off the water when the tub has filled. Replenish hot water as needed.
Slowly enter the bath water, feet first.
Breathe deeply and relax
Candle Care Instructions: Warning! to prevent fire and serious injury: Burn candle within sight. Keep away from drafts and vibrations. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Never burn a candle on or near anything that can catch fire.
Burning Instructions: Trim wick to 1/4 inch before lighting. Keep candle free of any foreign materials including matches and wick trimmings. Only burn the candle on a level, fire resistant surface. Do not burn the candle for more than 4 hours at a time.
